Welcome to the VIP Maintenance Plan Club!

Join our club for special savings, priority service, and year-round curb appeal for your property.

Membership Details: -

Enrollment Fee: $29.99 (covers chemicals for the complimentary wash)

- How It Works: Buy any three qualifying services within 18 months and get the fourth service FREE (up to $350.00 value).

- Complimentary service must be of equal or lesser value than the previous three services.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Redemption: All four services must be completed within 18 months of enrollment.

2. Scheduling: Free service must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

3. Eligible Services: Includes standard exterior cleaning services (roof washing, house washing, driveway cleaning, etc.).

4. Service Value: Complimentary service is equal to or less than the average price of your previous three (maximum savings: $350.00).

5. Non-Transferable: Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the original purchaser for their property.

6. No Cash Value: Complimentary service has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.

7. Cancellation: Membership fee is non-refundable. Any unused benefits expire after 18 months.

8. Club Exclusives: Members may receive early access to promotions or exclusive offers throughout the year.

9. Exclusions: No additional discounts (including veterans, first responders, or single moms discounts) may be combined with the VIP Maintenance Plan Club.
